Terps No. 1 in AP Poll

For the first time in school history, Maryland's women's basketball is ranked #1 in the preseason. We got 47 of the 50 votes with UNC getting one and Oklahoma getting 2. Click Here for complete poll


Now that the polls have come out, it makes one wonder what would have happened had we not won the title? Would we get respect in the preseason polls or would Carolina and Oklahoma take most of the #1 votes? Thanks to KT and the ladies, we never had to find out.
