For the third time in five years a Terp has earned ACC Rookie of the Year Honors as Lynetta Kizer was selected by the panel yesterday. Kizer was also named to the All-Rookie Team and was joined by fellow Terp recruiting targets Chay Shegog and Cierra Bravard.
